Do you help with ILP and permits?

Yes. We share destination-wise permit requirements, document checklists, and submission timelines before departure. For protected areas, approvals depend on correct documents and authority processing.

Can we customize hotel and cab type?

Yes. Packages can be tailored by hotel category, vehicle type, meal plan, and sightseeing pace. Final pricing depends on travel dates, occupancy, and availability.

Do package prices include GST and invoices?

Applicable taxes and invoice details are shown in the final quotation or booking invoice, where relevant to your trip and billing arrangement.

Travel Conditions

Is North Sikkim suitable for kids and seniors?

It depends on age, fitness, and road conditions. We can suggest lower-altitude alternatives when a route may be too demanding.

What happens if weather changes the plan?

Weather, landslides, traffic, and authority restrictions can affect schedules. We will try alternate routing or rearrangement, but actual extra costs may apply if suppliers or road conditions force changes.

Do you recommend travel insurance?

Yes. For mountain and remote travel, personal insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip interruption is strongly recommended.

Payments & Policies

When should we book for peak season?

We recommend booking at least 30–45 days in advance for April–June and October–December.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please refer to our cancellation and refund policy. Rescheduling is subject to availability and supplier terms, while cancellation deductions depend on notice period and non-refundable items already processed.

Can I get a confirmation before paying the balance?

Yes. Once the advance is received, we issue written confirmation with itinerary notes, payment schedule, and booking-specific conditions.
